Search report (which includes searches of the trade marks office database as well as business names in all states and territories, White and Yellow Pages directories, Google, and relevant domain names databases)	$490 (including GST)
Application for 1 class (includes government application fee) - then for each additional class	$560 (including GST) $250 (including GST)

In all circumstances we require payment in advance by Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard.

Government filing fees are charged by the number of classes of goods and services applied for. As you may be aware, there are 45 classes of goods and services. The government filing fees are between $120 and $180 per class. Government registration fees are $250 for each class. Note that these fees are subject to change.
