In most circumstances we require payment in advance by Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard.
Government Filing Fees are charged by the number of goods/service classes applied for. As you may be aware there are 45 classes of goods and services.
Our fees do not include Opposition Proceedings or any form of lawsuit. However, our law firm, Gibsons Solicitors (“Gibsons”), may represent you in Opposition Proceedings or litigation for agreed fees. If that eventuates, we will provide you with a Costs Agreement and Disclosure Letter as required by the Legal Profession Practice Act (Vic).
For our Trade Mark services, we do not use the hourly billing method used by many law firms. Instead, we offer competitive, flat rate fees for these services. We are upfront with our fees and offer you Australia's best trade mark services.
