| Acceptance and registration (unlike many other firms, we do not charge professional fees for following your trade mark application through the trade mark process and sending you a certificate of registration. In all circumstances we require payment in advance.
Government filing fees are charged by the number of classes of goods and services applied for. As you may be aware, there are 45 classes of goods and services. The government filing fees are between $120 and $180 per class. Government registration fees are $250 for each class. Note that these fees are subject to change and Trademark Solutions has no control over these fee increases.
